Located in Jersey City, NJ, this 12-story building houses 200 units ranging from 1-3 bedrooms.  Designed by Hoboken based Marchetto Higgins Stieve, and New York’s Archilier Architecture.  Amenities include 1,600 square feet of co-working space, 110 bicycle parking spaces, and a Roof top common terrace spanning 1400 square feet.
