This 9 story building will feature 129 affordable 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units as part of a residential master plan to add hundreds of apartments to the center of White Plains. Amenities will include on-site building management, bike and package rooms, laundry rooms on each floor, a fitness room, playroom and tenant lounge with terrace.  The project will meet Enterprise Green Community and NYSERDA standards as it promotes healthy living with active and passive areas along South Lexington Avenue and along the front of the building which will also promote interaction and community building.
